Biochemical Repair for Lasting Recovery
Recovery Code is a personalized nutritional coaching practice for addiction recovery and mental health. Amino acid therapy assessment, functional blood work analysis, and a supplement and nutrition protocol built entirely around your biochemistry.
The premise
Substance abuse depletes the neurotransmitters responsible for mood, motivation, sleep and emotional stability, and it damages the digestive system's ability to absorb the nutrients needed to restore them.
Recovery Code addresses that at the root level. It is not a replacement for what is already working. It is the part that makes everything else work better.
01
Therapy, counselling, the deep work of understanding what happened and why.
02
AA, NA, faith, community. The structures that hold a life together.
03
The physiological repair that makes the brain stable enough to participate in the other two.
The method
Current use status, existing professional support, medications, and relevant medical history. This determines whether nutritional coaching is appropriate at all, and it happens before anything else.
Symptom mapping across five neurotransmitter systems: serotonin, catecholamines, endorphins, GABA, and blood sugar regulation. The pattern shows which systems are depleted and where the protocol begins.
Methylation status, metabolic and thyroid markers, minerals and inflammatory markers, read against functional ranges rather than pass or fail reference ranges.
A written supplement and nutrition plan specifying form, dose and timing, built for your biochemistry and designed to be shared with your physician.
Protocols are adjusted as symptoms change and repeat blood work comes back. Early recovery is not a stable baseline, and the plan should not pretend otherwise.
Programs
Tier one
You've done the psychological work. Now rebuild the biology that makes it last.
Tier two
Mental clarity isn't a mindset achievement. It's a chemistry outcome.
Scope of practice
Recovery Code does not diagnose, treat or manage any medical or psychiatric condition, and does not advise stopping or changing prescribed medication. Clients presenting with medical complexity require medical supervision and clearance before a protocol begins. Every plan is written to be shared with your physician.
Practitioner
Certified Recovery Nutrition Coach (CRNC 1)
Certified through the Academy for Addiction and Mental Health Nutrition in amino acid therapy, nutrient assessment and protocol design, including supervised internship. Currently completing Level 2 Advanced Training in functional biochemistry.
Recovery Code is an online practice working with clients internationally. Assessment, blood work review and protocol delivery are conducted remotely, with laboratory testing arranged in the client's own city.
The practice works alongside therapists, psychiatrists, treatment programs and sponsors, and coordinates with prescribing physicians where medication is involved.
